Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

  • In order to get the full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing and undamaged condition, with all original tags/ labels within 48 hours or Two (2) days from the date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) such as Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • The refund amount for the order paid to via cash on delivery option will be initiated within 10 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.
  • The refund amount or a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Traditional Northeast.
  • A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of the order, by the customer.

Late or missing refunds ?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
